Sub-Metering FAQs

The usage rates are the same as the local utility that supplies the building in bulk. They are passed through to unit occupant with no markup.

The electricity delivery charge is your allocation of the building’s total delivery charge. If you consume 1% of the building’s electricity, you will be allocated 1% of the bulk bill delivery charge.

Fixed charges from bulk utility bills are evenly allocated between all customers in your building.

The easiest way to set up or close your account is to complete the New Account Application form or Move Out Applicant form that is located under the Condo Owners & Tenants Set Up page.
