Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor
Alliance Metering Solutions Inc.

2. Promotion period
September 1, 2026 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET through September 30, 2026 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.

3. Eligibility
Define eligible Alliance customers, including age/residency requirements and exclusions for employees, officers, directors and their immediate families.

4. How to enter
Registration for e-billing through the designated Alliance registration page during the promotion period.

5. No purchase necessary
Explicitly state that no purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

6. Limit
One entry per eligible customer account.

7. Prize
One $250 Visa gift card, approximate retail value $250 CAD.

8. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

9. Draw
Random draw from eligible entries after the closing date.

10. Skill-testing question
The selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

11. Winner notification
Specify how Alliance will contact the selected entrant and the deadline for responding.

12. Disqualification
Alliance can disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise don’t comply with the rules.

13. Privacy
Explain how information collected through the registration/contest process will be handled.

14. Acceptance of prize
The selected entrant must comply with the rules before being declared the winner.

15. General conditions
Include provisions dealing with technical failures, inability to contact the winner, applicable law, etc.
