How are my utility rates determined?

The usage rates are the same as the local utility that supplies the building in bulk. They are passed through to unit occupant with no markup.

How are my delivery rates determined?

The electricity delivery charge is your allocation of the building’s total delivery charge. If you consume 1% of the building’s electricity, you will be allocated 1% of the bulk bill delivery charge.

How are my fixed charges determined?

Fixed charges from bulk utility bills are evenly allocated between all customers in your building.

How do I set up or close my account?

The easiest way to set up or close your account is to complete the New Account Setup form that is located under the Existing Condo Owners / Tenants tab on the homepage.

How do I setup Pre-Authorized payments

Under the Exisisting Condo Owners tab on the home page. You must also submit a Void Cheque or Bank Information Form from your financial institution.

How do I apply for financial assistance?
